Is prior booking required at Otenga?
Events are special to us; they feel like welcoming guests into our home, a break from routine, and a reason to gather.
At Otenga, no event is a walk-in. Every experience requires prior booking, so we can prepare mindfully. Each ticket includes a signature drink and snack curated specially for the occasion.
I’ve purchased a ticket but can no longer attend. Can I cancel?
As a small, community-rooted business with ongoing social initiatives, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else or apply it to a future event. Just make sure to inform us in writing ahead of time, so we can accommodate the change.
What extra care do I get as a member of the Creative Tribe?
