A slow musical gathering, where sound and taste unfolded in tandem.
On the evening of July 5th, Project Otenga and Tales of City came together to host an intimate experiment in co-creation—where music, presence, and food dissolved boundaries between artist and audience, performer and participant. It wasn’t a stage show. It was a shared moment. A room of quiet Rasiks—listeners who held space as deeply as the musicians did.

Artists from Leh, Goa, Varanasi, Punjab, and Mumbai converged—carrying with them the soul of their journeys and the voices of instruments like the Mohan veena, Dramyen, Erhu, Rabab, Sarod, Noori, and Tabla. As the music meandered through stillness and flow, it set the rhythm for another layer of the experience: a freestyle edible arrangement that responded to sound.
Each dish on the tasting table emerged as a sensory echo of the music being played—crafted on the spot, plated with intuition. Ingredients shifted, textures responded, and flavours harmonised. Guests were invited to taste what coherence felt like. To explore what harmony could mean when both sound and palate guided the journey.
The gathering welcomed everyone—artists, listeners, witnesses, keepers of space. Some brought poems, others sketchbooks, gestures, or silence. Everyone brought presence. And together, a collective resonance was shaped.
